Player Rule (Read Them)

1: This game is for adults and kids, which means ANY language that is offensive will not be tolerated. This includes, but is not limited to, ANY sort of Drug talk, Sexual talk, Cussing (including abbreviations and **** out letters), Racism or anything Prejudice. If you choose to disobey this rule you may be subject to un-notified muting and have the reason and time posted on the forums (it is up to you to check the length of your mute please do not bug staff about it). For those Adults that do like to talk in such ways listed above please do so in wisp with other adults or in a group chat where children can not see!

You will be warned ONCE to stop if you do not the following will apply
1st offense after warning 3 day mute
2nd offense after warning 5 day botjail with 5 day mute
3rd offense after warning account banned or perm mute depending on how bad it is

2: Spamming of Broadcast will not be tolerated either as this is rather annoying to not just staff trying to monitor broadcasts but to players also trying to send broadcasts. For those who do not understand what spamming is it means repeatedly sending the same/similar Broadcast over and over again. ALSO Keep the using of capital letters to a minimum there is no need to always be sending capital letter bcs! It can been seen as rude and disrespectful

You will be warned TWICE to stop if you do not the following will apply (NOTE this will not reset at the end of each day if found that you are doing it again the next day then you will be muted)
1st offense after warnings 1 day mute
2nd offense after warnings 5 day mute
3rd offense after warnings 2 weeks mute

3:There is to be NO account sharing or exchange of account information. You may NOT give, receive, or ask about anyones account information (this includes passwords, email address, security questions, or anything else that may give you access to someone else's account). Account sharing in any form (including family members from The same house using your account) is also strictly NOT allowed, UNLESS the account is being sold for USD it is Approved by Awesome[PM] and you must follow the correct way of doing it the way of doing it can be found in the forums under game sales.

You will NOT be warned when caught the following will apply (depending on circumstances may just go to 2nd offence punishment)
1st offense 5 day Botjail
2nd offense account banned
3rd offense ALL accounts under the IP banned along with your IP

4:All player\s that are advertising our server on someone elses server (this includes their forum, but not limited to) or advertising other servers on our server will be punished as listed Below. This is to keep peace between servers and not cause servers to be attacking eachother! Please note it is ok to talk about Legacy-Online on here

You will NOT be warned, Punishment is as Follows</p>
1st Offence 3 weeks botjail and mute.</p>
2nd Offence, Account removed and IP logged for other accounts</p>
3rd Offence IP banned, and all other accounts banned</p>

5:We DO NOT tolerate any sort of hack being used, this includes but not limited to, speedhacks, autolooters, zoom hacks. ( I will allow auto composing for the time being push the rules and ill make sure you can't )

You will NOT be warned, Punishment is as Follows</p>
1st Offence 2 weeks botjail
2nd Offence All Items and Pets Confiscated (Including Donation Ones)
3rd Offence Account Banned and Ip logged for other accounts
4th Offence Full IP ban on all Ips that have logged the account in.

6: You may not harass other players, if the player has asked you to not talk to them then you are to do so, They are also to blacklist you so that you can not message them and to take a screen shot for later if needed . Harassment is defined as specifically targeting another player, or group of players, to harm or inconvenience them. As harassment can take many forms. If you continue to message/harass the person once you have been asked by them to stop then staff will get involved and punishment is as follows. If you have friends continue for you they will also be punished as follows.

You will get ONE warning then following applies
1st Offence after warning, 2 weeks botjail and mute
2nd Offence after warning, Account Banned
3rd Offence after warning, IP Ban and all other accounts of yours banned

Note: When doing a harassment claim please have screenshots ready you will be asked for them these screenshots need to show when you tell them to not message you, show they are blacklisted and also show the new account that is messaging you

7: There is to be ONLY english to be used in broadcast

You will get TWO warnings then the following will apply
You will get ONE warning then following applies
1st Offence after warning, 1 week mute
2nd Offence after warning, 2 weeks mute
3rd Offence after warning, 1 month mute

8: Any rude/offensive pet names or character names will not be tolerated, you WILL be asked to change the name please do so, if it is a character name please let the staff member know what you would like it changed to and we will change it for you. When requested about pet name changes please change it, if you do not change the pets name when asked we will either.

You will get ONE warning to change it then following applies
1st Offence after warning, Pet Name Changed
2nd Offence after warning, Pet Name Changed and Mute for 3 days
3rd Offence after warning, Pet Taken From you

9: There is to be NO flowers given to any staff member, there is a reason for this.

You will NOT be warned then following applies
1st. Offence, 1 day botjail
2nd Offence, 4 days botjail
3rd Offence, Botjailed till staff member sees fit to release you

10: Pking a staff member will not be tolerated, if there is a staff member around you go into capture mode or be extremely careful not to hit them. ONLY time it is ok to pk staff is if they say so in BC!!

You will NOT be warned then following applies
1st Offence, 1 day botjail
2nd Offence, 1 week botjail
3rd Offence, Botjailed till staff member sees fit to release you or account banned
(On Purpose) You will NOT be warned then following applies
1st Offence, 1 week botjail
2nd Offence, 1 month botjail
3rd Offence, Botjailed till staff member sees fit to release you or account banned

11: The staff members are there to help you with any issues or questions you may have within the game. The staff are to be treated with respect as if they was your best friend.

You will get ONE warning then following applies
1st Offence after warning, 1 week mute
2nd Offence after warning, 2 weeks mute
3rd Offence after warning, To be decided by the staff member and on how bad it was.

12: No item will be freely given out by a staff member so please do not beg or ask staff for items or EP... Go get the items or EP's you want yourself, only items that staff will be giving out is stuff that is donated for or from an event they may run.

13: No teleporting to PM's without there permission.

You will get ONE warning then following applies
1st Offence after warning, 1 day botjail
2nd Offence after warning, 1 week botjail
3rd Offence after warning, Botjail till we see fit to release you


Everyone is to follow these rules there is to be no discrimination, does not matter if you have donated to the server or not these rules are here for everyone including the staff.

We reserve the right to change these rules depending on the offense.
